AFRIKAANS
“Hi, my name is Michael. I moved from South Africa to London this year. I was asked to make a video of me speaking Afrikaans - this is it.
My Afrikaans is not very good and this is probably all wrong, but i am trying. I speak only a small bit of Afrikaans.
Afrikaans is quite an easy language. It is a combination of mostly european languages. It is not pretty but i think it is descriptive and has incredible tone.
A usual greeting is “Good morning, how are you?” “
